How it works

From order to delivery

  1. Step 01

    Order

    You choose your country in the basket — it determines the available methods and the exact delivery cost. Outside Poland there is no free-delivery threshold.

  2. Step 02

    Crypto payment

    After placing the order you see the wallet address, the amount converted at the current rate and a QR code. Send only the indicated coin on the indicated network: USDT (ERC-20), BTC, ETH or SOL.

  3. Step 03

    Confirmation

    Once the transfer is confirmed on-chain we confirm the order by e-mail — usually within a few hours. If you have questions, quote the order number or the transaction identifier (TXID).

  4. Step 04

    Packing and dispatch

    Products held in stock are dispatched within 24 working hours, from Poland. Cooling inserts and thermal insulation (cold chain) are standard.

  5. Step 05

    Delivery

    Poland 1–2 working days (InPost locker, courier), European Union and United Kingdom 3–7, Switzerland and Norway 5–10. Outside the EU the parcel goes through customs clearance — import VAT and duty are payable by the recipient on delivery.

Dispatch

Products held in stock are dispatched within 24 working hours. Every order is packed under refrigerated conditions (cold chain) so the material stays fully stable in transit. All parcels are dispatched from Poland.

Poland

  • InPost parcel locker — 1–2 working days
  • Courier — 1–2 working days
  • Collection in person — free of charge, by prior arrangement
  • Free delivery — above the threshold shown at checkout

International delivery

  • European Union — courier, typically 3–7 working days
  • United Kingdom — courier, typically 3–7 working days
  • Switzerland and Norway — courier, typically 5–10 working days

Customs and import charges outside the European Union

Parcels to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway leave the EU customs territory and go through customs clearance in the country of destination. Import VAT, any customs duty and the carrier's clearance fee are payable by the recipient on delivery — they are not included in the product price or in the delivery cost shown in the basket. These charges are set by the customs authority of the destination country, not by the seller.

Every international parcel carries a customs declaration describing the contents and their value. Refusing a parcel because of customs charges is not a withdrawal from the contract — the cost of returning the parcel is then borne by the customer.

Payment

We accept cryptocurrency — fast, with no intermediaries and no processor fees:

Returns

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. Because of the nature of research material, returns are accepted only for unopened vials in their original, undamaged packaging.

Peptides are temperature-sensitive, so cooling inserts and thermal insulation are standard on every order — the material reaches you in a condition that keeps your results reproducible.
