Frequently asked questions
Safety and intended use
What does “research use only” (RUO) mean?
These are chemical reagents and reference materials intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, dietary supplements or foodstuffs, and they must not be used in humans or animals.
Can I use these peptides in humans?
No. The products are not intended for consumption, administration to humans or animals, diagnostics or therapeutic purposes. They serve scientific research under laboratory conditions only.
How should peptides be stored?
Keep the lyophilisate refrigerated, away from light and moisture. After reconstitution, store the solution at 2–8 °C and use it in line with your research protocol. Compound-specific details are in the knowledge base.
What does HPLC purity ≥99% mean?
It is the result of high-performance liquid chromatography confirming that at least 99% of the material is the declared compound. High purity is what makes research results reproducible.
Orders and delivery
How long does shipping take?
Products held in stock are dispatched within 24 working hours in cold-chain packaging. Courier delivery usually takes 1–2 working days domestically and 3–7 working days for international orders.
What delivery options and costs are there?
Within Poland we offer InPost parcel lockers, courier delivery and collection in person, with free delivery above the threshold shown at checkout. We also ship internationally — you choose your country in the basket and see the exact cost there. Outside Poland there is no free-delivery threshold, and for destinations outside the EU the recipient pays customs duty and import VAT. Full details are on the “Shipping & payment” page.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes — once the parcel is handed over to the carrier you receive a tracking number at the e-mail address given with the order.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. Because of the nature of research reagents, returns are accepted only for unopened vials in their original, undamaged packaging.
Legal questions
Is selling these reagents legal?
Yes. The products are classified as chemical reagents / reference materials that may be placed on the market for research purposes only.
Who are the products intended for?
Laboratories, research institutions, scientists and researchers who understand and accept that these materials are for research use only.
Will I receive a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Yes — the certificate of analysis for the current batch is available on request. Write to us with the product name and the batch number from the packaging.
